WRCC training time booking 2024

This is an instruction of how to book your training time for WRCC 2024.

Now one hour training time slot is available on Fri 6 Sep for 10:00-11:00.
09:00-10:20 / 80min
10:20-11:40 / 80min
11:40-13:00 / 80min
13:00-14:20 / 80min
14:20-15:40 / 80min
15:40-17:00 / 80min
17:00-18:00 / 60min
» Booking
- If you don't have an account, the very first account registration comes after you choose day and time of you booking. (Please make sure to register. Do not book without registering, as we need your contact detail.)
- Please book ONE training per day, so everyone can practice when they wish at laeast once a day.
(On Monday 2nd Sep, if there are still training slots available, we will allow teams to book one more slot. - If you book a training but later want to change to another time, first cancel the original booking (with the link in the confirmation email) then book the new training time.
- One booking per checkout. If you have multiple bookings to make, please come back after you make a booking.
- Please make sure to enter all the crews FULL name, country and WR Code.
How To Make a Booking
1. Go to: https://startbooking.me/2024wrcc#/
Click on "Book Your Training Time."
2. Choose one of the training dates, then you can filter a category you'd like to book a time-slot, so choose one.
3. Do make sure to enter your email. (Please do not continue without email). Then click "Next".
4. If you don't have an account with us, you see "Customer information", so fill out the fields. Then click "Continue".
- Minimum of 6 characters
- Must contain at least one number (0-9)
Do not select "continue without registering", so we have your contact detail in case we need to reach out to you.
5. Crew Info: Here please DO make sure to fill out:
- Country
- WR Crew Code
- Every Single Crew Names
- Your Club Name
(These fields are required.)
Also kindly provide us yours or your crews' Instagram IDs as well.
6. Then you see "Review Booking, check what you booked, then checkout.
7. With "Thank you for booking!", it means booking is successfully done.
you will be getting confirmation email soon.
For cancelling a booking, you can go to "My Account" on this page. Or wait for a confirmation email, there will be "Cancel" button, to guid you to make a cancellation.
